Rebuildtheblock Corp. is committed to bridging the gap between young, qualified professionals and small black owned businesses through an innovative, educational internship. RTB seeks motivated, dynamic business professionals to serve as mentors to undergraduate students. Dually, interns perform in supportive roles based on their chosen internship position and the business they are assigned to. Interns will directly assist in implementing initiatives, presenting their research findings, and generating ideas conducive to Marketing, Communications, Finance, Graphic Design, or Business Management. Eligible businesses will utilize the Community Bridge Interns to plan, initiate, and execute projects over the course of a single semester. This program offers a unique opportunity for Employers to cultivate their training while employing their Community Bridge Interns to play a key role in business expansion and development.
