Overview

Rebuildtheblock Corp. is a nonprofit organization that serves as a community liaison, connecting black business owners with reputable resources to infiltrate generational wealth and capital in the black community. Rebuildtheblock Corp. is invested in the development and expansion of business ownership and entrepreneurship through mission driven programming. At our core, we directly address the need for accessible financial and social capital to improve the conditions of black business owners and the communities they impact. Rebuildtheblock Corp. (RTB) is committed to bridging the gap between young, qualified professionals and small Black-owned businesses through an innovative, educational internship. RTB seeks motivated, dynamic undergraduates interested in redefining a company’s approach to success. Interns will directly assist in implementing initiatives based on the position they apply for. Internship positions include Communications, Marketing, IT Support, Finance, Design, and Research. Community Bridge Interns will support planning, initiation, and execution of projects at the business they are paired with. This position offers a unique opportunity for students to enhance their credentials whilst making an outsized impact on the growth of small, black owned businesses.
